A few things worth knowing.
Send your PDF drawings, the trades you need estimated, project location, and bid deadline. Include specifications, finish schedules, and any addenda you already have.
Yes. We structure the estimate around your bidding role. A subcontractor submission stays focused on the assigned scope; a GC estimate can include general conditions and markup.
Turnaround depends on the size of the plan set and the scope. Share your deadline when you contact us, and we will confirm the delivery schedule before starting.
Send the updated sheets or addendum. We identify affected quantities and trades, then agree on the revision scope and timing before updating the estimate.
